Our main club night is a Tuesday, with Juniors training from 6 to 7pm and Adults from 7 to 8pm.

Specialist coaching is also available for specific events every Thursday from 6 to 7pm for both juniors and seniors.

High levels of coaching expertise are offered by a team of well qualified UK Athletics coaches and includes sprints, endurance running, jumps, hurdling and throwing.

Seniors - Tuesday evenings

Senior Summer Training 2010

Seniors who train on Tuesdays are requested to keep off the track until 7pm to allow the Junior section to finish their training unimpeded. If you wish to warm up before 7pm please use nearby roads. Thank you!

New Notice Board

Please note that a new notice board is under construction in the Wentworth next to the bowls hall at the old end. We will be trying to keep it right up to date with useful information and articles.

Please start to congregate on a Tuesday evening near the board or out on the track. We have received numerous polite requests from the reception staff as the noise level does get high and it makes it difficult for them to serve customers and answer the phone.
