Tynedale Harriers and Athletic Club is a friendly, supportive and sociable club that seeks to provide the opportunity and facilities for people of all ages and abilities to take part in and enjoy athletics.
We are based at the Wentworth Leisure Centre Athletics Track in Hexham, which has enjoyed a recent refurbishment.

Grand Prix Results Updated Following Morpeth
Congratulations to Ian Bromley and Joanne Lee on winning the men's and ladies competition with 100 and 98 points respectively! Link to Results
Congratulations to all runners, battling with a headwind for 14 miles. Tynedale women did us proud again, coming in as first ladies team; counters were Rachel Chinnery, Joanne Lee and Beth Gregory-Smith. Photos from Ian Bromley here. Some pics here of the first 50 or so finishers.

The first event of next year's Grand Prix competition will be the Fruitbowl 7 on Sunday 7th November at Gibside. The organisers, Blackhill Bounders, have kindly agreed to reserve places for Tynedale Harriers until early next month (August) to ensure all who wish to take part can be guaranteed an entry. To assist the organisers, please enter as soon as possible!
